At the request of the St Lucia Civil Service Association (CSA), Ms Emma Hippolyte, Chairperson of the UHC Steering Committee, Dr Stephen King, Chief Medical Officer/Member of the UHC Steering Committee and Ms Dawn Byng, Manager of the UHC facilitated a discussion on the UHC on Tuesday 31st January, 2006. Members of the UHC apprised CSA members about the UHC programme. The panel also entertained questions. The discussion was very interactive.
